Intersec achieves dual CSR certification: FranceRSE and ProD&S

In June 2026, Intersec was awarded two CSR certifications by ESTRADS Certification: the FranceRSE Label and the ProD&S Label. Both labels are issued following an independent audit conducted by ESTRADS, which assesses the quality of an organisation's social, ethical, environmental and governance practices, and verifies that declared commitments reflect operational reality.

Two distinct frameworks

The FranceRSE Label is designed for companies engaged in a CSR approach. It evaluates five dimensions - social, ethics, environment, governance and relationships with external stakeholders - and attests to a serious, verifiable implementation of these commitments.

The ProD&S Label is designed specifically for professionals of the Base Industrielle et Technologique de Défense et de Sécurité (BITDS), France's Defence & Security Industrial and Technological Base. It takes into account the specific constraints and requirements of this sector: sovereignty, confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with national and European regulations applicable to defence sector players.

The audit covered in particular:

• Our commitment to applying best practices and state-of-the-art standards in the Defence & Security sectors
• Our zero-tolerance policy on corruption, conflicts of interest and harmful practices in all their forms
• The consistency between our declared CSR commitments and our operational practices, internal controls and supporting evidence
• Our practices regarding working conditions, well-being, safety, diversity and gender equality
• Our environmental policy: waste reduction, emissions management, alternative mobility
• The quality of our relationships with clients, suppliers and partners

What's next

Essential is the first level out of five. Following this audit, we received a set of recommendations that we will be implementing over the coming weeks and months, with the objective of progressing to the next levels.
