Paris, April 7th, 2016 - Intersec, the leading vendor of real-time streaming analytics software is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in the UK. With a team of 3 to start with, this branch office, located in London, is where the newly appointed VP Sales EMEA Matthew Hemming will be based.
Matthew will manage the Sales operations and teams for Northern Europe and Middle-East, a major focus for Intersec. The company already has great references in this area such as O2 in Germany and the UK, MTS, Zaïn and Azercell; and plans to expand further. Matthew’s mission consists of consolidating and strengthening Intersec’s positions with
existing customers and securing new clients in the region.
An experienced senior sales executive with a considerable track record of developing business in Africa, Middle East, Europe and Latam. Matthew held management positions at Landmark Graphics Inc. (acquired by Halliburton in December 1996) where he worked for 12 years, including those of Business Unit Vice President for Latam and then Europe. After that, Matthew joined Trilogy Inc. as VP Sales Europe and Client Partner. He also spent some 9 years at Motive (acquired by Alcatel Lucent in 2009), where he held the position of Managing Director Northern Europe. Before joining Intersec, Matthew was VP sales and Business Development EMEA at Axiros.
